I was concerned about me making things sound too formal so I sent Steve an email before I sent some out (I knew he wouldn't mind), unfortunately I have sent two already....but I do have a reply from one (Myles Talbot)! Good job I checked.

Is this a general note, or something to send to 'my contacts'. If it's the latter, I would say that it's a little bit too formal - maybe try to make it a little more friendly they are illustrators not solicitors!
Let me see a more relaxed version.
